Every Solaris installation is commissioned with monitoring configured: generation, consumption, battery behaviour and fault states streaming to an app for you and a portal for us. Offline and fault alerts mean silence never lasts weeks, and remote diagnosis often resolves issues before a site visit is needed.

Raw generation numbers mean little until compared with what your system should produce for that month, in your location, at your orientation. Our reporting tracks actual against modelled yield, so underperformance surfaces as a flagged deviation, not a creeping bill. Commercial clients receive investor-grade monthly reports where required.

Solar has no moving parts, but it lives outdoors under South African sun, wind and storms. Preventative visits inspect what monitoring cannot see:

When something misbehaves, monitoring history does the detective work: what faulted, when, in what conditions, how often. Our technicians arrive with the diagnosis half-made and the likely parts on the vehicle. Repairs are documented into your system file, so the asset's history stays complete.

Inverters and batteries occasionally fail inside warranty; the question is how painful the claim is. Because we register warranties at commissioning and keep the maintenance record, claims proceed on evidence. We manage the manufacturer process and the replacement work, including for the inverter and battery brands we specialise in.

Needs change: a pool, a workshop, an electric vehicle, a new production line. Support includes revisiting sizing when your usage shifts, planning battery expansions along the documented upgrade path, and keeping the system compliant as regulations evolve. We also take over orphaned systems installed by others, starting with a health audit.
